In order to ensure good communication among the members of the alliance, this evaluation measure aims to confirm the qualifications of members and related restrictions, so as to enhance the relationship and trust between members, and effectively practice the relevant exchanges and cooperation of sustainable smart cities. The following are the key points of the review:

1. The alliance is composed of organizations, general enterprises, educational and academic institutions, public associations, legal entities and other units that are willing to participate in and invest in the research and development of sustainable smart cities.

2. The industries of the alliance members or the projects (including those that have been completed) must be related to smart cities and sustainable cities.

3. The application is submitted by the member, and is reviewed by the screening committee of the Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Development Research Center. After the review process is completed and passed, the membership can be obtained.
